The breakfast was accommodating, offering a variety of choices, and the staff displayed exceptional friendliness and willingness to help. However, the absence of tea/coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing, and the takeaway coffee at reception was not worth the price. Despite the cozy atmosphere, one staff member's demeanor left me feeling undervalued as a guest.
